Financial Literacy Achievement

by Mr. Cooper, 4th grade teacher at St. Ethelreda

Saving, budgeting, or even earning money may not be on top of the mind of most pre-teens, yet financial literacy now will set the tone for the decisions that they make in the future.  Teaching financial responsibility at an early age is more important than ever.

Vault (www.everfi.com/vault) is a new media interactive program specifically designed to introduce financial literacy skills early in a child’s cognitive development. It empowers children to cultivate good financial habits that will stay with them throughout their lives.

Congratulations to the 5th graders who received their certificates of completion for financial literacy!
