Dear Parent/Guardian,
The Archdiocese of Chicago and all of its
schools are engaged in an ongoing continuous improvement process, of which all
stakeholders are an integral part. The
Archdiocese is using the AdvancED Parent Survey as a means to elicit your
opinions to help target areas for the school system to improve and areas to
continue to be effective. The five
sections on the survey represent the five AdvancED Stardards for Quality School
Systems and provide a means for learning about parent expectations of a high
quality school system. Your opinion is
important to us, and we ask that you take the time to complete this
survey. The online survey will be
available from today, January 5 until 8:00pm, January 19. In order to complete the survey, please click

The
survey can be completed at home or for those who do not have internet access, computers
will be available in school from 8:30-5:30 daily for your convenience.

survey will be anonymous and your honest opinions are appreciated.
St. Ethelreda School has been one of forty
schools selected to be visited by an Archdiocese AdvancED Team in March. We
are thrilled to have this opportunity.
